What you can verify
Each item below names its current state, the evidence visible on this site, and the appropriate next destination.
Documented owner inquiries
The secure website form creates an operations record and reference instead of relying on a public personal inbox.
Open the consultation form →DFW property availability
Published rental availability is connected to active properties and vacant units recorded by Picket Fence.
Review current availability →Public trust guidance
Privacy, terms, Fair Housing, accessibility, application, emergency, and portal-access information is published before a visitor submits private information.
Read the privacy notice →Invitation-only portal access
Identity, account status, role, property, lease, staff assignment, and permissions are enforced separately. Real-role acceptance testing remains required before cutover.
Review portal access →Owner and resident operations
Maintenance, messages, documents, payments, reports, inspections, leasing, and owner decisions are built into role-specific workspaces and remain subject to launch readiness gates.
Review owner scope →Professional and operational approval
Qualified Texas counsel review, provider configuration, data reconciliation, and role-based launch rehearsals must be completed before full operational cutover.
Review current terms →Publication standards
Picket Fence will not fill missing proof with marketing theater. The following rules govern public claims:
- No customer quotation or testimonial is published without permission and an attributable source.
- No staff identity, title, biography, license, credential, affiliation, or award is published until Picket Fence verifies and approves it.
- No performance statistic, savings claim, vacancy result, rent-growth claim, or guarantee is published without support that defines the population, period, and source.
- No public phone number, email address, or office address is presented; new inquiries begin through the website workflow.
Operational launch gates
Launching an all-in-one property-management system requires more than completed screens. Full operational cutover waits until all of these gates are complete:
- 01
Qualified Texas counsel completes WC1.4B review and approval
- 02
Manager, owner, and resident authentication acceptance tests pass
- 03
Payment, payout, email, and required delivery providers are configured and verified
- 04
Imported operating data reconciles without unresolved blocking records
- 05
Critical daily workflows complete a role-based launch rehearsal
Common owner concerns
How do I know a website inquiry was received?
A successful submission creates a Picket Fence operations record and displays a reference number. You do not need to send a separate email.
Why is there no public phone number or email address?
Picket Fence has chosen the website inquiry workflow as the public contact method so new requests are documented and routed. Public phone, email, and office-address details have not been published.
Why are there no customer reviews?
The site will not present anonymous or unapproved praise as proof. Customer feedback can be published later only with permission and a source that Picket Fence can accurately attribute.
Does “built” mean every portal operation is live?
No. Built capabilities still require real-role testing, provider setup, legal approval, data reconciliation, and launch rehearsal before full operational cutover.
Are payments and financial operations ready for live money movement?
The workflows are built, but live money movement remains gated until the required payment and payout providers, webhooks, reconciliations, approvals, and launch checks are configured and verified.
What proof should an owner request during consultation?
Ask for the proposed scope, fees, responsibilities, transition requirements, approval expectations, reporting process, and current readiness for the services your property needs.
